The Firm was created in 1986 by Anna Benson.  She discovered by mixing aerobic with weight training, a woman can boost her metabolism to burn fat and gain sleek muscle.  By using the Firm's secret weapon (the Fanny Lifter) and a modified eating plan, she will enhance her health and overall wellness.
 
After age 35, a woman starts to lose muscle and gains one pound of fat per year.  Weight-bearing exercises improves posture and bone strenght.  By using the Firm, a woman can manage concerns like obesity, stress, hypertension, heart disease, and osteoperosis.
 
Commit to exercising at least three times a week.
